Joy Angela Anderson
Joy Angela Anderson is a curator, artist/educator from East L.A who integrates somatics and plant medicines as healing and regenerative practices for mental health and wellness. She is interested in de-colonization of mental health through connections to divine wisdom of ancestral, Indigenous and nature based healing.
Anderson received a BA from UCLA School of Arts and Architecture and a MA from USC Roski School of Fine Arts. She is currently working on a DIY Phd research project through the School for the Ecocene.
