Sarita Dougherty
Sarita Dougherty generates habitat, pedagogy, and collaborative economies for the Ecocene, an imagined and emergent geologic epoch of sustainable human reciprocity with the planet. Her collaborative Textbook for the Ecocene is published online at ecocene.school and in print with Co-Conspirator Press. She graduated in 2020 with a DIY PhD for Pachamama with the School for the Ecocene, a virtual school she founded for planetary change-makers. Sarita currently lives and works on Ohlone Land, collaborating with her elders, ecosystems, Bolivian & Celtic ancestors & community.
