Join Lisa Gonsalves for an intimate sound bath, dedicated to the wellness of our Highland Park community - especially those impacted by the January wildfires. This offering is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner healer.

This soundscape journey is a communal embrace, crafted to ease our overstimulated nervous systems and guide us into deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Drawing from ancestral wisdom, the healing power of sound has long united us, intricately woven into the tapestry of our shared culture, and now offers us a sacred space for collective restoration and renewal.

Throughout this journey, please feel free to lie down, sit up, or gently move in whatever way feels most nurturing to you. I invite you to listen to your body with kindness, honoring its unique signals as you welcome the gentle comfort and joy that guide you toward healing.

While registration isn’t required, signing up helps us create a comfortable space for everyone who wishes to join. Walk-in participants are welcome with open hearts, as every presence enriches our shared journey.

What To Bring: Bring your yoga mat, beach chair, sleeping bag, camping mattress, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle - whatever you may need to feel comfortable for approximately 60 minutes. Keep in mind that you will be laying on the floor.

If you need additional accommodations - chair/back support please let us know ahead of time.

Feel free to bring along any treasured items that resonate with your spirit—crystals, meaningful photographs, or any symbolic objects that ground you and invite connection within our community.

I warmly encourage you to also bring a journal or something to write on. Journaling offers a gentle way to honor your experience, creating a private space for reflection and self-care as we journey together toward greater mental well-being.

Dress: Comfy outfits, something not restrictive. We are in an air conditioned space, layers are suggested.

Parking: Public parking is not easily available. Please factor this into your travel time.

Please try to arrive 10-15 min early to completely settle into the space.
