Across our Kitchen Tables (AOKT) is a culinary hub and event series centering self-identified women and gender-non-conforming people of color both in person and over social media platforms. AOKT provides a safe space for knowledge exchange on entrepreneurship, culinary practices, food centered organizations, and food ecosystems. The AOKT community generates and supports thriving and socially conscious food-based work. AOKT is organized by co-founders Valeria Velazquez Duenas, Claudia Serrato and Jocelyn Ramirez. This program is made possible by the Remsen Bird Fund and the Arts and Urban Experience Initiative, which is generously funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
